I felt it was time to refresh some of my watercolour palette and added these new colours from Daniel Smith:

**Cons:** The pages don’t open fully, which means they can’t lay flat for larger compositions. You'll need a sturdy clip, as shown in the picture, to keep the pages in place since they are quite thick.

**Pros:** The quality of the paper is remarkable. Painting on this paper was a pleasure, with colors coming out beautifully. There's no need to wash the paper beforehand, as it absorbs water exceptionally well.
